Commercial Litigation Paralegal

As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with experience in legal research, drafting, and eDiscovery management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case summaries and chronologies.
Draft and finalize legal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
Assist attorneys with deposition, hearing and trial preparation, including witness interviews, deposition summaries, and preparing exhibits.
Manage the electronic discovery process, including utilizing Relativity or similar eDiscovery software.
Organize and maintain case files electronically and in hard copy.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
Proven experience in complex litigation paralegal work.
Trial attendance and preparation experience
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with eDiscovery management software, preferably Relativity.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
