IT Audit Co-op
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your information security skills, expand your knowledge of the financial services business, and problem solve with some of the best minds in the financial services and technology industries? Apply for our IT Audit co-op role for the January - Jun 2023 term for a chance to be part of the team in Fidelity that is responsible for performing complex technology audits in support of various Fidelity businesses. Our audits cover a broad range of technology areas including cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, application security and data governance.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- Working towards an information security or assurance Masters degree
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (overall and in major)
- Forward-thinking, innovative, energetic, and eager to learn
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills while having a positive demeanor and being results oriented
- Shown leadership experience in school, extracurricular activities, and/or work settings
- Teammate who takes initiative and works constructively to achieve team goals
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and run priorities and workload
- Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in two or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Network and systems security
- Programming/Scripting Language (Python, PowerShell, Perl, SQL, Java)
- Application security and DevOps
- Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
- Containerization and virtualization
- Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
- Web services/ APIs (.Net, HTML, XML, JSON)

The IT Audit Co-op works on an audit team evaluating technology risks and controls, helping to implement sophisticated audit reviews, communicating issues and findings to management, devising solutions for business improvements, and following-up on corrective actions.
