Job Summary: As a Digital Software Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that NRG's software usage complies with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements. Your work will help maintain the legal and ethical integrity of software usage within the company. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, policy development, and staff training.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assessing Digital Home procedures for software and audit compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Including data retention, availability, and accuracy.
- Developing and updating internal procedures to improve audit and software compliance and efficiency.
- Collecting and disseminating audit and software compliance information using reporting tools such as PowerBI.
- Providing audit evidence fulfillment guidance and reminder notifications to NRG resources.
- Communicating and training staff on audit and software compliance procedures and policies.
- Administration of Home Digital software compliance, ensuring users and licenses remain in compliance with our contractual obligations.
- Managing the on-time renewal of all Home Digital DNS Certificates through tooling such as AppViewX CERT+.
- Working with Risk, InfoSec, Internal Audit, and 3rd party Audit agency teams to identify and investigate compliance issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Risk Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Software Compliance Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulatory (SOX) requirements and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft ADO (Azure DevOps Services) and PowerBI.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AppViewX CERT+ and Microsoft Power Automate or other RPA tools is a plus.
