Hematology Oncology opening in Idaho - Located in Pocatello, ID - Salt Lake City 160m - Full-time, permanent position About the Position: - Team Composition: Join an established practice with a model of 3 physicians and 3 APPs.- Collaborative Environment: Work with a team of physicians (including radiation oncologists), APPs, scribes, pharmacists, and an extensive, tenured staff.- Supportive Environment: APPs take first call.- Quality Care: Practice is the only one in Southeastern Idaho designated as an American Society of Clinical Oncology Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI ) Certification Program - a three-year certification recognized for high-quality outpatient hematology/oncology care.- Technology: Epic EMR. Recruitment Package: - Starting Base Salary: $600,000 + wRVU production incentive.- Starting Incentive Package: $50,000 includes Sign-on Bonus, relocation, and residency stipend.- Additional Benefits: - CME allowance. - Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans. - Paid malpractice coverage. - Health benefits + Retirement plan. - Marketing + practice growth assistance.
