• Pediatric Dental Clinic
• Location Olympia, WA
• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
• Schedule: Mondays for the rest of October & Mon-Weds for November.
• 25-40 pts per day between hygiene & Op.
• Full Support Staff
• Credentialing Timeframe: Quick Credentialing

Requirements:

• Must have active WA license
• General Pediatric procedures
• Must have applicable certifications
