We are a private practice seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team. You must be passionate about patients and their dental care. Duties
- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as cleaning, scaling, polishing teeth and placing sealants/fluoride varnish
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Administer local anesthesia under the dentist's supervision
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygienist license
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Ability to perform documentation review efficiently
- Skilled in infection control procedures for patient safety
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
- Dental License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Prescott, AZ 86301 (Required)
