Electrophysiology Opportunities in Growing Winter Haven Practice

BayCare Medical Group, the leading medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join our busy practice in Winter Haven, Florida. As a part of our team, you will work collaboratively alongside another experienced EP Cardiologist, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and a skilled support staff including Registered Nurses, a Medical Assistant and a Pacer Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and experienced candidates who are looking to further their career in the field of Electrophysiology.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients with cardiac arrhythmias and related conditions. Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including Cardiologists and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Patient Referrals: Receive a consistent patient flow from referrals from BayCare Primary Care physicians and Winter Haven Hospital, allowing for a steady and robust patient base.
Convenience of Facilities: Benefit from the convenience of practicing within the state-of-the-art Bostick Heart Center, where resources such as the Cardiac Catheterization lab are located in the same building, facilitating streamlined patient care.
On-Call Duty: Share EP call responsibilities with the other EP Cardiologist. The on-call duty is EP-specific, with no general cardiology call required.
Education and Mentorship: If you are a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to receive mentorship and support from experienced EP Cardiologists.

- Board certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology (or eligible) is required.
- Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida.
