Coverage Needed: ASAP - Ongoing Clinical Information: Practice Setting: Hospital Daily Patient Volume: 15 EMR: eClinical Works Case Types: Trauma surgery, emergency general surgery 24 hour APP support Required: Current State Medical License - South Carolina Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC or Board Eligible with experience DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes ATLS Certification DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
