Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator with 1-2 years of recent experience and a background in healthcare technology handling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on reach truck experience and be ready to engage in a variety of tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. Job Title: Reach Truck Operator Location: Hayward, CA Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00/hr Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm What’s the Job? Picking & Stocking: Repack picking, stocking, and replenishment Shipping & Receiving: Small parcel, LTL, pallet build shipping; loading and unloading with pallet jack or sit-down forklift Cycle Counting: Conducting cycle counts and inventory control Facilities Maintenance: Basic warehouse upkeep, including equipment battery changes What’s Needed? 1-2 years of recent reach truck experience in logistics, manufacturing, or a warehouse setting, preferably involving healthcare technology Current employment in a logistics-related role Strong verbal and written communication skills; team-oriented and detail-focused Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods Experience with SAP is a plus; familiarity with other ERP and WMS systems, especially scanner-based, is highly valued What’s in it for me?
