We are looking for a Strategic Operations Program Manager with great operational and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to drive complex operational strategy and lead programmatic solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in discovery technology and operational execution. This role requires a person with highly efficient operational skills and the ability to strategically design, launch and continually pressure test diverse operations - from technical support to workflow definition to stakeholder support.DescriptionAs a Strategic Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and driving execution for key Discovery and Legal Operations programs. This role will drive operational excellence and efficiency by leading strategic initiatives that support the team’s mission. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of program managers, technical specialists, lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests. The programs you design and lead will enable the Discovery and Legal Operations team to establish and refine policies and procedures, improving operations and allowing the team to scale for the future. Key programs may include: - Discovery technology enablement and optimization - Metrics, reporting and insights - Process and workflow improvement - Vendor management - Financial management - Change management - Incident managementMinimum Qualifications6+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery project or program management in litigations and investigations.Strong technology interest and aptitude, including familiarity with common discovery tools, project management tools and database management.Preferred QualificationsPreference will be given to candidates who have meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting.Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
