• Clinic space shared with NeuroSpine Institute with 4 Neurosurgeons, 1 Physiatrist and 2 Neurologists
• Work with an outstanding team of nurses, mid-level providers and clinic coordinators
• 20-Bed Inpatient Rehab Unit
• Primary adult care management
• Outpatient therapies offered in our state-of-the-art Sports Medicine & Rehab Center
