Position Summary
Our California offices have an exciting opportunity for an Attorney, with 3+ years of experience to join the Firm's expanding practice. The Attorney will primarily focus on traditional labor matters, including but not limited to, union organizing campaigns; training and counseling clients concerning traditional labor issues; assisting with grievance arbitrations; unfair labor practice charges; National Labor Relations Board trials; and policy drafting.

Benefits
In accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $180,000 and $255,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. A competitive hours-based bonus is also available. This position qualifies for the benefits below.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have California license.
- Candidates must possess at least 3+ years of traditional labor experience.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
- Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
- Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).
