We will depend on your natural persona and special skills to assist in delivering excellent service to our guests by initiating warm contact, interactions built on sincerity, concern, and enthusiasm. Additionally, you will coordinate and be responsible for managing a high-volume seating operation in a fast-paced environment while creating and maintaining guest profiles and preferences.

Finally, if you can communicate, coordinate, assist and work well with other teammates in serving our guests, then you will have a successful career with us. Most of all, we want you to have FUN since you play a huge role in creating that memorable guest experience!

THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties):

In helping you understand your role, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities. Please keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your supervisors/managers not listed below in the constant quest to provide an "out of this world" customer service experience for our guests:
  • Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine, and enthusiastic fashion
  • Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written, and body language
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Quote accurate waiting times and handles guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Answer phones according to established procedures.
  • Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure quality service.
  • Be a team player!
WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For)
  • Stand throughout an eight-hour shift.
  • Move effectively and efficiently throughout the restaurant.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds so as to carry stacks of menus or help to clear tables as necessary.
  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of smoke, noise, and crowds
  • Work with others like a Rockstar
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as, all state and federal laws
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per hotel standards
  • Bend, squat, and stretch in areas of limited space to perform cleaning, organization, and other duties
  • Adhere to Resort policies including but not limited to attendance, safety, behavior
MUST HAVE'S
  • Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
  • High school or equivalent education
  • Required: 1-2 years in a guest service position
  • Preferred: Additional foreign language
