A rural health clinic located in the Columbia Basin of Central Washington, is seeking an employed full time Psychiatrist.
Recruitment incentives, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment available.
Two year salary guarantee, MGMA competitive. After the first two years, compensation is based on productivity. Additional incentive available for achieving specific quality goals.
Schedule - 36 patient contact hours with the fifth day inclusive of administrative functions.
The practice is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
Typical patient volume - 20 patients per day.
Epic electronic medical record; in-house informatics support.
Compensation/Benefits: A competitive Salary and Benefits package, including a generous pension contribution and dependent care health insurance subsidy. Physicians receive paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, licensure, etc.; up to $3,000 per year for CME; and up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, inclusive of vacation, sick time, and CME.
