Patients per day: Clinic volume 35 patients per day, OR volume variable on case load 10-15 casesSupport staff: Clinic has bladder scanner and Urodynamics and UA. 2 MAs and 1 receptionist in clinicCernerLab onsiteX-ray onsiteBC/BE Urology - RequiredBLS - RequiredMI License in hand- Required at time of name clear, not accepting IMLC
