Come, join us in crafting solutions the world doesn’t know of yet!DescriptionIn this role you will: - Lead program execution directly with internal and external partners - Manage schedules, engineering builds and development budgets - Optimally and consistently communicate overall program status internally and externally - Deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process - Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication - Read situations and step up to resolve conflicts - Improve the system: look for patterns, offer standard methodologies and implement changeMinimum QualificationsTechnical background with experience in a hardware development environmentAbility to travel internationallyBS in related discipline (e.g. EE, ME, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience leading multi-functional teams including Electrical, Algorithms, Process and Test Engineering to deliver pioneering sensing solutionsAdvanced engineering degreeSelf-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilitiesExcellent communication, organizational and leadership skillsConfident in delivering technical data with ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audienceAbility to fit in well with a team, understand others’ capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment, and inspire team membersUnderstands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertaintyPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
