Website Marketing Operations Manager
On-site - 4 days a week in Southlake, Texas (remote is not an option)
An established company in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Our client is seeking their first in-house web operations hire to lead and oversee the website for B2C growth. In this position, you will join a growing marketing team (start-up vibe) with the stability of a profitable 20-year environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-opportunity keywords for content optimization and targeting.
- Optimize website content (including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions) for relevant keywords and user intent to enhance discoverability.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, to assess strategy effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and edit website content within the CMS, ensuring updates are accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage website development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Proven track record of driving traffic and increasing conversions on website.
- Extensive experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and proficiency in using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify, and experience managing and editing website content.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, such as web development agencies and digital marketing services, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with marketing, IT, and design teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
