HR Leadership at its Finest:
- Amplify employee engagement through feedback surveys and insightful exit interviews.
- Be the guiding light on HR policies and compliance, ensuring we're always on the right side of the law.
- Drive efficiency in compensation management and navigate unemployment claims with finesse.
- Take the reins in disciplinary meetings and investigations, fostering a fair and supportive workplace culture.
Office Management Mastery:
- Dive into the heart of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
- Become the go-to expert for vendor relationships, securing the best deals and service.
- Champion compliance efforts, keeping us ahead of the curve with regulations and certifications.
- Lead the charge on office equipment purchasing, maximizing value while staying within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
- 5+ years' experience combined HR and office management experience with a minimum of 50 employees
- Compliance experience (federal, state, and local)
- Washington and Oregon employment laws experience required
- Ability to quickly build relationships, build trust, and successfully collaborate with others to influence the accomplishment of organizational goals
- Strong business and financial acumen when it comes to staffing, workforce planning, and compensation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various levels of management.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.
- Strong technology skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Paylocity or another full-service HRIS system where you have recent hands-on experience using
