OVERVIEW

The Creative Producer is responsible for managing shoot production and execution for all creative photo & video assets, including campaign, studio, and creative social. This role plays a crucial role in bringing our brand's vision to life through captivating visual content. You will oversee all aspects of photo & video shoots, from concept development to post-production, ensuring that our content aligns with ALO's aesthetic and core values. This position will report to the Director of Creative Production.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate and attend all ALO campaign photo & video shoots.
  • Manage the monthly shoot calendar, working with project managers and all creative team members to ensure timelines are feasible and deadlines are kept
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and bring to life innovative shoot concepts, while supporting the needs of all internal and external partners.
  • Work with talent agents to negotiate rates for models, photographers, videographers, hair & makeup artists, set designers, and other crew members that align with our monthly and yearly budgets.
  • Prepare detailed shoot estimates and maintain all shoot budgets.
  • Coordinate and secure travel arrangements for crews.
  • Work with the Production Coordinator to ensure the timely communication of all shoot details with internal and external teams as they evolve.
  • Provide creative input and problem-solving solutions to pivot quickly as issues arise.
  • Oversee all on-set operations, including line production & ROS, often in partnership with outside production companies.
  • Reconcile shoot-related billing, expenses, and accruals and report monthly spends to finance.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-4 years of proven experience creative production.
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
  • Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
