Position Summary
Our team is looking for an digital media marketer to help lead the planning, development, launch, and overall management of Addressable Content campaigns for a wide variety of clients and verticals.
The mission of our Addressable Content team is to serve audiences the most relevant, engaging, business results driving creative possible. As such, we put audiences at the center of media plans, where creative relevancy is matched with media reach. We do this by building plans and creative tailored to the right person (audience), in the right place (contextual inventory) and the right moment (real-world trigger) to create the most hyper relevant message possible. From there, technology is leveraged to dynamically assemble and distribute content in real-time, across multiple channels, to our consumers. This allows for our brands to fulfill on a wide range of upper to lower funnel tactics efficiently and effectively, all while driving the greatest breakthrough possible.
Working directly with a wide range of inter-agency and integrated teams, tech partners, and creative AORs, the Senior Associate will be a subject matter expert for addressable campaign strategy development, launch, and optimization. He/She/They should be comfortable working directly with multi-disciplinary team leads across the agency. The right candidate must have a solid understanding of the digital media landscape, the traffickking process, and know how to translate consumer insights into actionable targeting and creative strategies.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers and the client's creative resources to ensure an effective creation and implementation of addressable content campaigns.
- Effectively manage time and responsibilities in regard to deadlines and client needs
- Prepare presentation materials, encompassing all pertinent data for submission to client
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities across all channels
- Facilitate the process of developing or clarifying the addressable content strategy
- Oversee and stay informed on implementation of closed-loop measurement plans to demonstrate the value of the addressable content in driving growth for our client, adjusting strategy as needed based on findings
- Analyze a campaign's results and evaluate against KPIs. Recommend optimizations to maximize campaign performance based on data driven insights
- Collaborate with multi-discipline and/or cross-agency teams to build presentations that coordinate all team disciplines into a cohesive, concise story
- Know when and how to involve and brief relevant internal and external stakeholders (Investment, Partner Agencies, Data Providers, Decision Sciences, Ad Ops, Matterkind, Media/Tech Partners)
- Assume responsibility for coordinating ad serving process among planning teams, ad ops, Matterkind, ad serving vendor
- Maintain open communication among all internal teams (ad ops, planning, Decision Sciences, all MBCS Performance Content team roles) as required by campaign deliverables
- Put together Deliverables and Creative Briefs and present to relevant internal team members
Required Skills & Experience
- Curiosity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of the US data and ad tech ecosystem essential, with a focus on audience targeting, programmatic, and addressable video
- Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and best practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment
- Ability to effectively multi-task multiple, competing priorities, and projects through strong time management and organization
- Proficient understanding of accounting principles, data analyzing, and market research
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other various outside vendors
- Focus on self-development and learning
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in digital media planning, analytics, ad tech, or strategy
