We are expanding and are looking for a full-time Demand Generation Director. This individual will ideally be based out of our Denver, Colorado or Dallas, Texas offices, though remote candidates may be considered depending on experience. This role reports to our CMO.

What you will do:As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a team of marketers focused on email marketing, paid media, and field marketing. This is a leadership role with responsibility for hiring, managing, and developing a team of high-performing demand generation marketers. We embrace player-coaches and pride ourselves on hiring people who can roll up their sleeves and get stuff done! You will have a direct impact on our company's growth through the creation of demand generation programs and the execution of cross-functional lead-management processes.

Where you will have impact:
  • Strategy Development: Developing an optimal mix of full-funnel campaign strategies, campaign frameworks for various audience segments, and driving a process to ensure on-going campaign performance improvements
  • Strategy Execution: Executing initiatives to drive lead generation, such as email marketing, paid media/SEM, webinars, and events
  • Performance Management: Building bottoms-up targets for each function within Demand Generation and then monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of each campaign. Own program, channel, and campaign-level reporting to assess what's working (and what's not) and whyThis is a highly analytical role.
  • Lead Management: Managing and optimizing the lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes to ensure we have an efficient funnel across the marketing and sales ecosystem
  • Sales Team Alignment: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and handed off, and that feedback from sales is used to refine future demand generation strategies.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing the demand generation budget, making sure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conversion Optimization: Testing and optimizing landing pages and lead generation forms to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests across channels and on our web properties to maintain an always-learning model.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute creative and effective paid digital campaigns
  • Event Marketing: Manage our field & event marketing resources to execute in-person events that amplify event experiences and drive leads into the funnel
  • Marketing Operations: Partner with marketing operations to ensure proper design of our martech infrastructure including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing activities

Who you are:
  • Data-driven operator with success building demand generation plans across multiple channels, geos, and market segments while delivering against aggressive growth targets
  • Strong leader with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence in execution of programs
  • Natural communicator who knows how to modify your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive
  • Analytical thinker with skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your team's initiative roadmap
  • Deep marketing channel expertise spanning paid media, webinars, field events, with knowledge of how to use these leads to drive pipeline
  • A love for marketing funnel analytics and ROI measurement with a high level of comfort in hands-on performance analysis
  • Expertise in Hubspot/Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is required (as a user, not just a manager)
  • Experience managing paid media (SEM / social / display)
  • Experience managing email marketing (lifecycle, nurtures, automation)
  • Experience managing field marketing (events, webinars, conferences)
  • Ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline tactics
  • Strong track record of collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategy with demand gen and pipeline goals
  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, global B2B SaaS companies
  • 12+ years of total work experience
  • 7+ years of digital demand gen / growth marketing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% - 10%
