Information Technology Advisor, Technology Consulting, Solutions Delivery Center - Information Management - Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) ([redacted]) Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Antonio, TX.
Provide appropriate technical guidance for architecture, data modeling and interfacing requirements. Define and apply system analysis techniques and procedures including information gathering, analysis, and documentation of data requirements. Design, develop, and document data security and controls. Responsible for data flow development, data lineage, and metadata documentation. Solve and deliver data solutions.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in managing data and data-related processes; OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in managing data and data-related processes.
Must have 3 years of experience in all of the following: ETL, DBMS, Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Analytics tools and processes aligned to data management concepts.
Must have 4 years of experience working with at least two databases including SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, or Teradata.
Must have 4 years of experience in database and data analysis, identification and integration of data, including the ability to understand, analyze and identify data from multiple sources and then integrate required data together for business/client needs.
Must have 2 years of experience in assessment of data quality and data governance and its potential impacts.
Must have 3 years of experience in relational DBMS (Database management system) design and development, and/or data visualization techniques.
Must have 3 years of experience managing and supervising a team of technology resources.
Must have 4 years of experience with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Requires travel up to 25% to serve client needs.
