Sales Operation Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct and drive Sales Operations and Order Fulfillment processes and programs, focused on revenue generation for the business.
- Provide operational support to the sales and account managers in maximizing revenue through consistent and accurate customer communication and information.
- Work with new/existing customers on their requirements to conduct business with Hyve. Utilize information as a competitive advantage for Sales.
- Identify and implement processes to increase customer sales through collaboration and operational execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant, progressive sales operations, supply chain management, order management, and analytical/information with a manufacturing/product-oriented company.
- Work with server and network hardware, server and network rack infrastructure.
- BS, BA (or equivalent experience).
- Good understanding of customer/product setup, focused on Build of Materials (BOM).
- Extensive experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas, Visio). Creation of Power BI to streamline information for decision-making.
- Frequent use of Microsoft Power Point presentations both internally to team and externally to customers.
- Both results-oriented and collaborative, able to work independently and function well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Self-starter with good time management skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally at both senior and individual contributor levels.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to research, resolve and close inquiries and issues expeditiously.
- Strong project management and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
