This is a remote position with 40-60% travel within the US and Canada. Travel will include visits to customers, field sales teams, and the company's main office in Richvale, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive top-line sales growth by seizing market opportunities and expanding into new markets, products, and channels.
- Oversee the creation of sales forecasts, annual sales plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with marketing and business strategies.
- Lead efforts to optimize sales execution, balancing cost management with revenue generation.
Deliver Core Sales Performance Metrics
- Utilize customer data analytics to guide decision-making and improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure sales data is integrated into the broader business planning process for better demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Oversee the execution and evaluation of sales promotions to ensure alignment with business goals.
Drive Strategic Customer and Channel Results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors to maximize sales.
- Lead the development of customer and channel strategies, focusing on high-value customers to win in key markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to align sales strategies with new product launches and brand initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales management experience, including working with distributors and direct store distribution.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve significant business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies with a focus on customer orientation and data-driven decision-making.
