Role The Supervisor position requires a combination of account service and media buying and planning skills. The Supervisor is the day-to-day steward on assigned accounts.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$80,000-$90,000 USD

Responsibilities
Management:
- Train and educate Senior Account Executive (SAE), Account Executive (AE) and/or Assistant Account Executive (AAE) on OOH industry, planning and buying process, and account service skills
- Oversee maintenance responsibilities and delegate to Senior Account Executive, AE and/or AAE, where applicable
- Participate in interviewing process of Senior Account Executive, AE and/or AAE
Media Strategy:
- Manage the day-to-day activities for OOH media, which includes planning, negotiating, buying and operations processes
- Planning/Evaluation: Develop OOH Media plan and identify client's site level and overall media qualification guidelines
- Negotiation: Employ savings tactics
- Implementation: Work with Operations to issue contracts; issue all requirements for campaign execution i.e., printing, shipping and posting instructions
- Post Buy Analysis: Manage POP process, ensure that client-designated KPIs have been met.
Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with agencies, clients, sales representatives and colleagues from other OMA offices
- Handle any client requests - i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information
- Inspect markets and OOH programs with plant operators and clients (when appropriate)
- Resolve billing discrepancies and provide any other operational support needed to expedite the billing process
- Keep track of client spending and projections to communicate to Associate Director
Media Expertise:
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of OOH opportunities, market developments, trends and media research
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and draft POVs of non-traditional and emerging OOH companies and media options
- Attend internal and external meetings and presentations

- Experience in OOH planning/buying Skills/Abilities
- Analytical Thinking: Competency in mathematical concepts
- Teamwork - Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to teach and delegate work to Senior Account Executive, AE and/or AAE
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Technical Skills
- Exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ad tech platforms and data management tools
- Problem Solving
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, and sometimes involved, written or oral instructions
- Ability to formulate solutions to media problems
- Verbal/Written Communication Skills
- Ability to write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner
- Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate and interact with clients and vendors
