About the Agency Partnership Team
Partnerships are a critical part of Gorgias's revenue growth driving over 50% of our revenue. We are looking for a Director of Agency Partnerships to spearhead our strategic partnerships within the ecommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, deep understanding of the e-commerce and agency landscape, and a track record of developing impactful partnerships. As leader of the Agency partnership organization, you will create top-down alignment both internally at Gorgias and externally with our top tech partners.

About the Agency Partnership Team

As leader of the Agency partnership organization, you will create top-down alignment both internally at Gorgias and externally with our top tech partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive agency partnership strategy aligned with Gorgias' business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing managers and enablement specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Rev Ops teams to drive joint initiatives and maximize partnership outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing managers and enablement specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Coach the Partner Enablement team to ensure partners are equipped to effectively promote and sell Gorgias solutions.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partner engagement strategies.
- Forge and cultivate strategic relationships with c-suite leaders across our ecosystem.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership programs and improve overall performance.
- Represent Gorgias at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and forge new partnership connections.
- 5+ years of relevant partnership experience, and 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Ability to create career development paths, provide coaching and support to team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- A builder mind-set with a background in scaling up organizations from the ground up with a clear vision for the processes and systems required to scale
- A track record of managing successful partnerships, preferably in the e-commerce or tech sectors.
- A good understanding of the e-commerce agency landscape and the different players within it.
- Ability to recruit and lead a team, providing direction and support to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with different audiences.
