Bumble's Talent Acquisition team is passionate about creating a candidate-centric experience to attract and, in partnership with our People & Culture team, retain top talent. We aim to hire globally by offering innovative and memorable experiences.

As a Talent Partner, you'll support hiring across the Product, Marketing, Engineering, and G&A functions, helping to attract, hire, and onboard the best talent. Sourcing the right candidates globally is key to our transformation journey. Additionally, you will be a skilled storyteller, using data and insights to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Success in this role will require a strong focus on individual recruiting metrics and collaboration with managers and stakeholders.

What you'll do
    • Partner with designated domains to provide deep hiring and market intelligence through external networks and connections.
    • Prioritize and manage a diverse range of positions by working closely with key stakeholders.
    • Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, using multi-sequence thinking to anticipate potential outcomes and proactively plan for contingencies.
    • Use data and insights to create communications that clearly outline talent acquisition strategies, successes, and challenges to stakeholders.
    • Set and track individual recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, measure progress, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Apply multi-sequence thinking to broader business objectives and long-term strategy to drive successful hiring outcomes.


About you
    • Demonstrable subject matter expertise (SME) and best practices in one or more domains: Product, Engineering, or Marketing.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition within a complex, fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply multi-sequence thinking to navigate complex scenarios.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, skilled at translating data and insights into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure recruiting metrics and project outcomes.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across organizational levels.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
    • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


$89,000 - $110,000 a year

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, and Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
