About the Role:
- E-commerce's Governance and Experience team at TikTok is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy not only for our users, but also for sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
- As a product manager on our E-Commerce team, you will work with various relevant internal teams to build saftey product features and strategies. You will be working on governance and ecosystem features, technical strategies to improve TikTok shopping, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in TikTok's E-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for building a commercial content security review platform and human resources management platform, and improving review efficiency and quality by optimizing human review review content, tools and strategies, coordinating review manpower and other resources;
-Responsible for building general platform basic capabilities, reducing operation and R&D costs, and improving the application efficiency of audit tools and strategies;
-Responsible for optimizing platform operation processes and interaction plans to improve the work experience of audit platform users;
-Responsible for optimizing human management capabilities, collaborating with the review management team to optimize management mechanisms and processes, and improving personnel management efficiency.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of work experience, experience in large-scale B-side platforms or review strategy experience is preferred;
-Have product thinking, strong logical thinking ability, and be able to understand and abstract user needs;
-Have good communication skills and teamwork skills, and be able to efficiently connect with the cooperative team;
-Have strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
