- Represent Current (HLI/GLI) Brands to the MRO Channel
- MRO Channel includes Grainger, HD Supply, Allied, Fastenal, Global, MSC, etc.
- Drive Top Line Growth by promoting Incentive Programs, Stock Programs, New Product Introductions and Service Solutions.
- Work with Operations/SIOP Team to ensure proper forecasting
- Achieve deliverables as defined by Current objectives:
- Exceed Growth Objectives
- Develop & Manage Incentive Program
- Establish & Manage Goals
- Subject Matter expert on Program details
- Execute Incentive Program
- Work with Sales Ops on reporting of program dollars and Corporate/Regional performance
- Drive growth within individual Regions
- Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) - Ensure appropriate products highlighted in stock program, and promotional activities are scheduled/executed
- Ensure NPI are added to partner website/eCommerce site(s)
- Marketing
- Manage Marketing requirements of MRO Partner
- Participate in Tradeshow(s) and in market events, where applicable
- Coordinate/Organize minimum of (2) annual Institute training events - Content, Schedule, Invites per key MRO partner
- Update MRO Partner website(s) for Current product content and branding
- Prepare "next level" actionable reporting based on MRO needs/requests (combined GLI-HLI summaries for example)
- MRO Division Engagement
- Visit Key Divisions
- Verbal connection with Key Division Leaders on sales metrics, incentive updates, etc
- Engage w Area Managers, Agents & Regional Managers to ensure understanding of programs & Sales Numbers
- Progress reporting and actionable tasks to include MRO programs (New product reviews, sales performance to date, etc)
- Generate Stock Conversation & Discretionary Sales Opportunities
Recommended Requirements:
- Understanding of Current Programs
- Prior Sales Experience with MRO Channel
- Lighting & Controls Knowledge
- Knowledge of MRO Go-To Market Strategy
- Understand Market Pricing Dynamics
