Red Bank Tinton Falls is an AAHA-accredited referral, Level 2 VetCOT Trauma Center and VECCS Level II certified facility. They have recently moved into a stunning and expansive new clinic located at 100 Schulz Dr. You will be working in a brand-new space full state of the art equipment and a variety of amenities, including but not limited to:
• Wet lab skills room
• On site advanced diagnostics (CT, MRI, and PET Scan)
• Dedicated training and development space
• Conference center for CE and community events
• And so much more!
Red Bank Tinton Falls also boasts a well-established team of specialists, emergency practitioners, and support staff that are committed to collaborative, full body medicine and a gold standard of care. You'll be surrounded by 16+ specialties which include Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Radiology, Nutrition, Neurology, Dentistry, Oncology, Rehabilitation, Avian/Exotics, Ophthalmology, and Anesthesia. The patient care team will also train over 50 interns and residents annually, nurturing the next generation of veterinary leaders. As the Medical Director, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive veterinary care to our patients, while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive work environment for the veterinary team. The Medical Director is responsible for upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization within the hospital. The Medical Director also works in close partnership with the Hospital Director to ensure the hospital's success by acting as a medical subject matter expert, overseeing the entire medical team, and driving operational excellence. It is also expected that the Medical Director will maintain awareness of advances in veterinary medicine and take part in yearly CE in topics related to hospital leadership, management, or training and development.
