Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Corporate Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing and administering The Club's compensation policies, systems and practices.

What You'll Do:
  • You will analyze and administer the Club's compensation policies and practices. This includes monitoring and reviewing transactions in the compensation review inbox.
  • You'll conduct research and analyze internal and external salary data to determine appropriate salary levels.
  • You will perform job evaluations of new and existing jobs and develop new job profiles, job descriptions, and salary levels as necessary.
  • You will ensure that compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • You will support the administration of the annual merit increase and high performance incentive process.
  • You'll review and revise incentive plans as necessary in consultation with the business unit.
  • You will participate in market studies and surveys.
  • You'll research and provide recommendations on policies and programs that are consistent with the goals and strategies of the company and comply with federal and state guidelines.
  • You will build and maintain consulting relationships with the leadership of each business unit and provide support on all matters related to compensation.
  • You will participate in compensation projects and implementations.
  • You will monitor changes and trends in compensation and propose strategies to address the impact of these trends.


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years compensation experience in a large, complex business organization.
  • To thrive in this role, you will have prior experience analyzing and administering compensation programs for administrative, technical, sales, or managerial compensation programs.
  • Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate policies and procedures to all levels of staff and management.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation specific guidelines under the DOL, FSLA, etc.
  • Moderate familiarity with federal and state legislation regarding compensation practices.
  • Knowledge of sales and management compensation program design and development.
  • CCP designation preferred.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$71,100.00 - $94,800.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
