The Role
MOSS is looking for a highly self-motivated Web Visual Designer to work collaboratively with different teams to re-skin digital product interfaces.

Responsibilities ( Day to day )
- Re-skinning wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups in order to re-design the presentation layout
- Providing multiple concept designs and style guides for client facing and the implementation team
- Work with management to understand key challenges and opportunities in a highly fast-paced agile development environment
- Work with the team to finalize the product vision and prioritization
- Work collaboratively with other teams (primarily technology, creative, and design) to deliver successful delivery of applications
- Facilitate consistency in cross-product experiences by adhering to current design systems, best practices, standards and patterns.
- Ensure design quality by giving and soliciting constructive feedback from peers and team members.
- Self starter - able to identify opportunities, propose action plans, and drive them to completion
- Energized to work in an ever changing fast moving environment
You'll need to have:
- A strong portfolio in digital media visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Illustrator.
- 6+ years design experience in a successful software product team.
- Ability to take ownership of your own work without guidance from other designers for periods of time.
- High attention to details and visual design elements
- Urgency in your pace of work without loss of quality in a highly agile environment
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- A positive attitude towards constructive criticism and the ability to speak up for your work when you believe in it's merit.
- Understanding and curiosity into user and business goals to complement and explain your graphic design decisions.
