About The Role
We are currently looking for a Creative Resource Manage to run the workflow that keeps our agency humming. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the allocation of human resources on a never-ending flow of advertising and other mandates, ensuring that each agency job and account is serviced in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner. You have masterful organizational skills, are a team player and know how to build and maintain positive relationships with your colleagues based on trust and mutual respect. You are a natural problem solver, have the experience to set and stick to business priorities and enjoy putting out the fires that will inevitably come your way.

What You'll Do
- Work closely and be in constant dialogue with the CCO, as well as the Creative Leads, to ensure upcoming projects are matched to creative talent with the appropriate skill set
- Optimize processes in partnership with creative, account and strategy leads
- Help maintain and build Ogilvy's reputation for delivering award-winning work, on-time and on-budget
- Proactively identify issues and barriers that may compromise creative quality, deadlines, client relationships or team spirit
- Lead and manage the agency's creative awards submissions for international and local awards shows
- Help find global opportunities within the Ogilvy network for Ogilvy Canada
- Build relationships with global Resource Leads at Ogilvy New York and Ogilvy London to deliver on Ogilvy's Borderless Creativity vision (collaborate with other WPP offices on exciting briefs)
- Assign and track work internally and externally
- Form healthy, positive and nurturing relationships with each creative, helping them work through challenges, meet their goals and grow
- Coordinate career conversations with the CCO, CDs and HR
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of agency experience in operations or similar role
- Outstanding project management skills
- Natural communicator and negotiator
- Self-motivator who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, positive
- Working knowledge of all advertising media (TV, digital, out-of-home, design, etc.)
- Ability to converse in both English and French, is an asset
