What will your typical day look like?
The successful candidate will be a key member within the Financial Analysis & Business Support (FBP) team, you will cultivate robust relationships with your internal business clients, employ advanced technical skills to enhance internal processes and achieve substantial efficiencies and be key lead on internal FBP project initiatives. To meet these objectives, you will develop and maintain functional models that provide insights for communicating key metric trends, quantified risks, and opportunities to business leaders daily and during peak planning and forecasting cycles. Additionally, you will be key contact on internal FBP projects and undertake standard FP&A responsibilities, including ad-hoc analysis, management reporting, sales and pipeline analysis, periodic P&L outlook, and business line planning and forecasting.
About the team
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this position is part of a team of Finance Professionals responsible for all financial matters within the newly branded Strategy, Risk, and Transactions practice. The role offers an opportunity to collaborate with the Firm's Executives to enhance operational excellence and achieve exceptional financial performance. Duties include providing insightful and actionable recommendations related to client profitability, oversees business performance and all finance related matter, resource optimization, and investments with the highest returns.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. You are someone who has/is:
- A Business/Commerce Degree, with or in pursuing CPA designation
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast-paced environment
- A strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP/Cognos) and excel.
- Effectively manage large data sets and present concise summaries for Executives
- Strategic thinker who can support in driving business initiatives and deliver insights
- Team and stakeholder management
- English/French/Spanish proficiency is an asset
