Senior HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner in Utah, California, or remotely .

ROLE COMMITMENTS
  • Increase companywide eNPS by driving engagement and satisfaction across the organization.
  • Lead HR Partnerships for High-Functioning Teams in Finance, IT, and Sales to propel the growth and development of high-performing teams and ensure strong operational foundations across these critical functions.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to hire diverse candidates for all budgeted roles, focusing on leadership positions.
  • Create a job architecture framework with external benchmarking to define clear career pathways. Align with industry standards to support employee growth, using job architecture data, market pay analysis, and data quality improvements to build career roadmaps that enhance talent development.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide HR guidance and align HR strategies with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing workplace issues, providing counsel on complex HR matters, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives around talent retention and career development, ensuring that iFIT retains and develops top talent.
  • Oversee the performance review process, providing coaching and development opportunities for managers to drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to design and implement change management strategies that support the growth and evolution of the organization.
  • Champion DEI initiatives and ensure that diversity is embedded in hiring, promotion, and leadership practices at all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build learning programs that support leadership development, employee growth, and skills training.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and regularly update policies and practices to reflect evolving needs and legal requirements.
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and productivity.


Education and Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR business partner or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change across complex, dynamic organizations.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in technology or fitness sectors.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
