Intelligence Operations Support Advisor
Swift, Chantilly, VA
The Swift Group is looking for a Intelligence Operations Support Advisor in support of a program supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will work as a member of a government-contractor team supporting the cyber operations mission. Work will be performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment inside a government facility in the WMA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team in support of blended operations
- Provide support for operations
- Draft correspondence and documentation
- Brief customer leadership on status
- Display a mastery of customer processes and approval boards
- Respond to written memos from the customer field offices
- Collaborate with other IC elements and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and coordinating customer correspondences
- Demonstrated experience with documentation, file management, requirements gathering, briefing review boards, briefing senior review panels, gathering and presenting metrics, and all source research as needed
- Demonstrated experience with customer tools and databases
- Strong understanding of the customer's technical capabilities and methodologies
- Experience drafting work products with actionable information for stakeholders
- Clear understanding of customer processes/procedures and proper protection methods
- Experience conducting risk assessments
- Experience Supporting Other Partner Engagements
- Experience supporting OCONUS offices
- Experience Supporting Other Customer Relationships
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks
- Highly Organized
- Hands on self-starter who can work independently
- Willing to travel (short term) as requested by the customer
- Experience working complex projects in multi-team environment
- Knowledge of computer networking and complex datasets
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
