Program Manager

The Worker will need to perform the following tasks and assignments:

• Overseeing design and development work.
• Ensuring project meets the standard client guidelines and procedures and developing project artifacts in accordance with Texas Project Delivery Framework.
• Managing the project with feature-driven Agile methodology, overseeing, and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments and progresses align with project timelines.
• Developing and managing project plans.
• Documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers.
• Providing weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conducting regular project team status meetings.
• Overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Possessing strong communication and presentation skills.
• Possessing strong teamwork skills.
• Transferring working knowledge to current staff.

Experience

8 Required Project Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations

8 Required Client or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience

8 Required Communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization

8 Required Experience in managing and coordinating business and technical teams

8 Required Strong presentation skills

8 Required Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task

8 Required Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies - 8 years

5 Preferred Client Project Delivery Framework Experience

3 Preferred PMP Certification

2 Preferred Salesforce Experience

1 Preferred State Procurement and Contracting Experience

1 Preferred experience working with Jira and PPM (Project Portfolio Management tool)
