Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA preferred but open to remote (PST hours)

The Learning & Development Specialist position oversees the fulfilment of larger organizational goals.

What You'll Do
• Laying the foundation for a successful Partner Program launch
• Helping with the strategy of a sales accreditation learning journey for partner program and building content.
• Mobilize program workstreams and project plans; change strategy

o Discount strategy and plan

o Customer success pilot results

What You'll Bring
• 5+ years in Learning & Development
• Experience with both the strategy and execution side
• Exposure to sales preferred
• Prior Slalom experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is up to $70/Hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
