Senior Manager, Demand Generation

About this Role:

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive demand generation and align with business objectives. You will manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, track performance metrics, and work closely with sales and ADR teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

In this role you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Define target audiences, key messages, and expected outcomes
  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, content marketing, events, and webinars
  • Partner with PMM Team to produce engaging marketing content, including landing page copy, blogs, social media posts, emails, and more. Customize content to meet campaign goals and audience needs
  • Manage and optimize marketing channels to enhance performance in collaboration with demand gen leader and marketing operation team
  • Partner with the ADR and Sales Team to optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel, from lead to MQL, SAL, opportunity, and close
  • Implement strategies to enhance lead qualification processes and increase the efficiency of pipeline progression
  • Track campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI. Provide stakeholders with regular updates, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with sales, product, brand and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • 8-10 years of experience in demand generation, preferably working in SaaS environments
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience collaborating with ADR teams to improve lead handoff quality and conversion rates
  • Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data, metrics, and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to innovate and experiment with marketing approaches
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, webinars, and understanding of marketing automation platforms
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational, startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field


U.S. base salary range for this role is $163,000 - $192,000 (CA, NY, WA) and $142,000 - $167,000 (other US locations). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As a remote-first company, we strive to consider each candidate's job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
