As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to a high performing team that supports Authentication, Authorization and Privileged Access Management services. You will be responsible for helping other teams integrate their applications with our IAM stack and ensuring customer success while being a champion of security.
Required Skills : Strong understanding of existing (LDAP, SAML, WS-*, Kerberos) and emerging (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, FIDO) industry protocols ? Authentication concepts (Multi-Factor Authentication, Adaptive/Contextual Authentication, Risk-Based Authentication) and the supporting strong authentication technologies (FIDO U2F/UAF/FIDO2, Hard Tokens, Soft Tokens, Biometrics) IAM vendor landscape and performing vendor assessments against requirements Integration patterns in-regards to IAM solutions within the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google or Oracle) Understanding of API design concepts and modern application interaction patterns Deploying large-scale, global projects and programs IT security and risk management practices Proficient use of Agile Methodologies and Tools Problem solving skills while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity 5 years working with multiple identity and Access Management products such as Okta, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Fluent in English

- Provide deep technical expertise for projects involving IAM technologies
- Implement prioritized product releases
- Participate in determining product delivery and deployment dates for product releases
- Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective prioritization of product roadmaps in relation to IAM 2 strategy
- Continuously follow and evaluate IAM technology landscape
- Define enterprise-wide standards and policies related to IAM function
