You Are:
The Risk Management Program Manager will report to the Deputy Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Accenture Federal Services (AFS), Personnel Security and Risk Management Division (PSRMD), the Chief, Risk Management Branch (RMB) is responsible for executing the daily operations of corporate compliance programs for Counterintelligence (CI) and Insider Threat, Business Continuity and Crisis Management. The selected candidate would be responsible for managing this 5-person team, overseeing engagement with all corporate partners, meeting or exceeding all government client, NISPOM (32-CFR-Part 117), and AFS compliance policies, and delivering on all annual program focused goals or requirements in alignment with corporate objectives.
These responsibilities include maintaining a DCSA audit-ready program, fully compliant with 32 CFR proactive and preventative Insider Threat program administration and reporting requirements. This includes facilitation and execution of the corporate Insider Threat Working Group (ITWG), inclusive participation of all relevant members for aggregated review, investigation and analysis of internal employee or external actions that pose a risk to AFS personnel, facilities, information, operations, delivery and reputation. Similarly, the candidate will be responsible for executing direct support and capabilities for required AFS compliance of program Business Continuity documentation, planning, and annual testing. Further, the manager will oversee the structure, S&ID resource reliance, drafting and execution of Crisis Management activities in direct support of events that pose a risk to AFS personnel safety, protection of AFS facilities, accountability and recovery of AFS assets.
Candidate will be responsible for all program documentation and reporting, as well as development, evolution and automation of supporting record systems. The position will require routine reporting and engagement with key S&ID leadership, USG CI personnel and corporate stakeholders on potential concerns and investigation and mitigation of insider threats. The candidate will be required to possess and maintain an active TS+ clearance and always ensure the proper protection of privileged and confidential information. The officer must be proficient at influencing change, effective communication and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and requirements. - S/he will also maintain a "pulse" on contemporary threats and providing key insight to establish priorities and execution of objectives in pursuit of risk identification, mitigation, and compliance.

- The position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work model during core business hours (0900-1700) but requires the candidate to be in the office 3-4 days per week for more direct leadership engagement, visibility and collaboration.
- The primary work location will be in AFS Chantilly (Parkstone), with an alternate location of Arlington, 1-2 days/month.
- Candidate must be flexible as AFS requirements will determine the necessity for on-site presence between locations.
- The nature of responsibilities will require that the candidate (and Team) be available to respond to evolving threats or after-hour emergencies.
- Some routine after-hours planned events are required, but travel outside the Washington Metropolitan area is minimal and not expected to exceed 1-2 times a year for business, conference or client related needs.
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active TS level clearance with SCI eligibility
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Previous relatable US Government and/or Industry Security experience in Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and personnel accountability programs is required
- Prior leadership experience is required.
- Prior experience conducting threat analysis, anticipating threats, and providing threat assessments is required
- Ability to form and maintain key relationships with US Government Intel, Civilian and Military agencies
- Experience leading change and managing high-volume teams.
- Experience working in a large and complex environment, working effectively and collaboratively in a matrixed organization

- Combination of notable US Government and Industry security experience
- Superb judgement and a proven ability to discern high-level threats from low-level threats, engaging key stakeholder channels as appropriate
