Promote NCAA championships and student-athletes as a whole through marketing, sales activations, storytelling, and programming. Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the NCAA production obligations for NCAA Championships that are produced for distribution on ESPN platforms by NCAA membership hosts on an annual basis (more than two hundred live events). This will require communication with each school and/or conference on the broadcast minimum standards and coordination of transmission paths and other needs such as graphics and animations packages with ESPN.
- Manage the NCAA production company who will produce select final round sites for DII and DIII Women's Volleyball, DII and DIII Women's Basketball and DII and DIII Men's Basketball.
- Serve as liaison between broadcast partner and championships staff, hosts, and sport committees for select NCAA championship events throughout the year including the NIT and WBIT. Conduct pre-championship site visits and serve as on-site liaison during the championships. Facilitate discussions pertaining to championship operations, event timing, special access requests, and any television issues and/or strategic discussion.
- Create and archive reporting records of production costs and budget allocations for all NCAA membership produced broadcasts in effort to evaluate and confirm an annual budget for NCAA obligated productions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience required, preferably with production company or broadcast network.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization (internally and externally).

- Estimated Travel Required: < 20%
- This position will be based out of the national office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Current work environment is hybrid; 3 days in the office and 2 days are remote.
