Job Description
As an ADT Sr. Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and third parties, to develop and enhance our products. You will prioritize understanding customer needs and pain points, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring value to ADT and drive customer satisfaction. We seek entrepreneurial Product Managers who can drive innovation and execute product initiatives swiftly and effectively.

This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at either Boca Raton, FL headquarters, Irving, TX, Blue Bell, PA or San Francisco locations. The other two days are remote, offering the flexibility you need while still engaging in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $118,400 -$211,200 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Product Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide teams through key project milestones.
- Plan, initiate, and oversee hardwareprojects, managing the development of hardware, firmware, to meet deadlines and performance expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams to support past, current, and future product initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity in project goals and progress.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics, utilizing data to inform product decisions, optimize features, and conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role such as Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in defining product requirements, developing roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products that are ready for market release.

- Experience with launching hardware devices
