Hourglass' digital environment is growing quickly, and we are looking for a rockstar to join us on our journey! In this role, you will oversee acquisition marketing for Hourglass' direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments. You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing on all consumer acquisition efforts-responsibilities include but are not limited to media planning, analyzing media performance across 360 campaigns, partnering with our creative team to develop beautiful, clear and effective ads, and trend-watching to find the next channels we should invest in.

If you're a blend of strategic and creative, you'll thrive in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a test-and-learn thinker. You love using engagement rate and click-through-rate to inform your next batch of creative. You love engaging with ads to see if you can get retargeted with DPAs or a brand's display campaigns. Experience with or at a media agency is preferred, as is familiarity with media buying on Meta, TikTok and Google. Use of Google Analytics (or other analytics platform) to glean data-driven insights to inform your marketing strategy will be highly regarded. Superior communication skills and confidence in working with varying levels of stakeholders is essential.

WHAT YOU DO:
  • Assist in managing global paid media campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across a variety of channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying creative learnings & insights. Identify A/B test opportunities for asset variations to understand and interpret creative performance and best practices.
  • Support the development and execution of content strategies for paid channels in partnership with the Creative Team.
  • Responsible for briefing Creative Team, trafficking and QAing paid media creatives for media agency and external partners.
  • Manage day-to-day agency and external communications, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and seamless execution.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to apply and test new knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience across a range of paid marketing channels. Experience in a media agency and/or luxury space is a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented and have excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, initiatives, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with creative interest.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Shopify
  • Self-starter who stays motivated in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
