ESWL Stent Insertion/Removal/Exchange TURP TURBT Vasectomy Cystoscopy (with dilation) Cystourethroscopy with Biopsy Prostate Biopsies Hydrocele Excision Dorsal Slit Circumcision SP Tube Placement Litholapaxy TUIP Bilateral Retrograde Pyelogram Patients per Day/Volume: This varies based on ER volume Life Certifications/Qualifications required: BLS, ACLS, any robotic certifications Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified: Yes EMR: Epic Support Staff: Director, supporting LPN Clinical Coordinator, ER and OR staff.
