Valley Health is searching for an Acute Care/Trauma Surgeon for Winchester Medical Center, located in Winchester, VA- right in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley! Winchester Medical Center is recognized as Virginia s Recommended Hospital by HCAHP and One of the Best Regional Hospitals in the Nation per US News * State of the Art Operating Rooms * A 48-Bed Intensive Care Unit * 60 Bed Emergency Department (Serves 68,000 Patients Annually) Applicants should be board-certified/eligible in general surgery - surgical critical care fellowship preferred, but not required. Acute care surgeons work 12-hour shifts that are a rotation of day and night Interested candidates should have a team-approach to care and serving the community.
