Neurology Physician

Hospital needs 1 locum for General Neurology. Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week Botox, EMG, EEG reads. Description of Work Assignment: General Neurology outpatient clinic, inpatient and ED consults are needed during office hours. Location of Work Assignment: NY- Plattsburg (CVPH) Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday Friday (2 sessions per day) Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 8 5 PM On call? NO Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Botox, EMG Procedures Preferred: BOTOX and EMG Patient Load: Varies per day depending on number of new pat Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? no Will You Accept Experience Over Fellowship? yes Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS Is There Additional Surgical Staff? NO Is there additional support staff? MA, Admin staff, EMG tech Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Working with PA and NP Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? YES, Responsible for 1 NP Trauma Level of Work Location: LEVEL III EMR System?
