OB/GYN Physician An OB/GYN is needed at an established non-profit healthcare system in Ocala, Florida. Salary and Benefits * Base Salary: $350,000 * Additional wRVU bonus model (paid quarterly) * $75,000 sign on bonus * Relocation Assistance: Yes! Amount determined case by case * Student loan forgiveness * Paid Vacation Time: 26 days in first year * CME: Paid and time off * 457f Plan * 403(b) Retirement Plan with matching contributions * Health, Dental and Vision insurance for individuals and families (multiple plans to choose from) * Malpractice Insurance (no tail coverage required!) * Coverage of Board, Licensing and DEA fees * Cell phone stipend * Split role between outpatient clinic and hospital * 385-bed non-profit hospital * 2 dedicated OR Suites, 8 labor rooms, 12-bed level II NICU * 24-hour Laborist backup * 24/7 in-house Anesthesia coverage * Robot available, but not required * Hospital sees 2,400 deliveries annually * Collaborative approach with CNMs, MFM and OB Hospitalists * Dedicated Gyn surg techs and OB nursing staff Responsibilities * Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN * Will be seeing patients in clinic and in hospital (located on same campus) * Up to 20 patients per day * Will perform minimally invasive gynecological surgery, such as laparoscopy for endometriosis, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, endometrial ablation, and surgery for uterine fibroids. * Call rotation: split between full-time and locums providers, 1:4 (once per week) Requirements * Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider) * Board Certified or Board Eligible - Obstetrics and Gynecology * Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem. * New graduates are welcome to apply * One day of call per week (shift is 24 hours in length) About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
