As the Product Coordinator, you will:
- Assist the Sr. Product Manager in managing Skytron's surgical table accessories and parts portfolio, through coordination of daily support activities, deadlines, and milestones for product category and Clinical business unit
- Monitor and triage incoming phone and email support for the Clinical business unit
- Assist in the review and editing of product documents and collateral
- Help support and develop tools for customer training on new product launches, conducting training as assigned
- Maintain and update price lists and parts setup
- Respond to RFPs and create and review quotes
- Support activities of sales-related platforms, including Skytron's Opportunity Management Center and online store
- Assist with conducting and compiling relevant market research for product development
- Listen, respond, and archive comments, suggestions, and ideas from sales and distribution teams while in the field
- Assist with other related tasks and projects as assigned by product management
For success in this role, you will:
- Capably handle required administrative functions
- Verify work to ensure accurate results, requiring minimal rework
- Follow work instructions, procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Listen to others, expressing ideas
- Be internally motivated, eager to learn, and work well with minimal supervision
- Devise workable solutions or consult with secondary resources to devise solutions
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical, clinical, or business management knowledge
- Possess technical knowledge and skills, with previous experience in a relevant field, such as automotive for medical devices
- Have prior experience with Skytron products or medical products (strongly preferred)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meeting deadlines and productivity standards
