We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role focuses on providing essential support to internal marketing teams, ensuring optimal performance of advertising campaigns during the peak Q4 and Q1 periods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding Demand Side Platform and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Marketing Support: Conduct weekly Office Hour sessions to support internal marketing teams. Respond to SIM support requests promptly during peak Q4 and Q1 periods.
  • Campaign Performance Assistance: Address inquiries related to Demand-Side Platform and provide performance insights. Deliver optimization strategies and recommend delivery improvements for live campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Update relevant documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Influence and implement best practices within the team to drive efficiency.
  • Performance Review and Best Practices: Analyze campaign performance reporting and provide actionable best-practice consulting to internal marketing teams.
  • Training and Oversight: Collaborate closely with an onsite Marketing Manager who will oversee and provide training on internal DSP processes.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in DSP and a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to support internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to deliver optimization strategies and performance insights for live campaigns.
  • Experience with documentation updates and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to internal processes.
  • Background in digital advertising or marketing support roles.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance reporting tools.
  • Experience in high-pressure, peak-period campaign management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
